Made-to-Order Process

Our beds and many furniture products are custom-made specifically for each customer.

Estimated production and shipping time is generally 30–60 days from the order date.

These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Manufacturing schedules
  • International freight operations
  • Customs processing
  • Port congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these estimated timelines.

International Manufacturing

Many of our products are manufactured overseas and imported to the United States before final delivery.

Freight Deliveries

Oversized shipments may be delivered by freight carrier.

For safety, insurance, and carrier liability reasons:

  • Delivery service is generally limited to an accessible ground-level exterior location.
  • Inside delivery, assembly, room placement, packaging removal, and white glove services are not included unless separately purchased.
  • Products may arrive palletized and protective-wrapped.
  • Pallets, boxes, and protective materials remain with the completed delivery and disposal is the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered completed once the carrier provides a delivery scan, proof of delivery, GPS confirmation, or delivery photograph.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that the location is reasonably accessible.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • Clear photographs of any visible damage

Final Sale

Because our products are custom-produced for each customer, all made-to-order, preorder, and personalized products are Final Sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund after production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
