Returns & Order Policy

At Kanto, each bed is custom-made specifically for your order. Because our products are made-to-order and produced exclusively for each customer, all sales are final.

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, color selection, or any other non-defective reason.

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, dimensions, color selections, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing shopkantokids@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage

Failure to report shipping damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery may affect our ability to assist with a claim through the carrier or manufacturer.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, international freight, customs clearance, and carrier operations.
