Product Information

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are custom-made specifically for each order.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delays resulting from manufacturing, freight operations, customs, weather, labor shortages, port congestion, or carrier operations may occur.

Children's Furniture

Children's furniture and bumper beds should be used under appropriate adult supervision and assembled according to provided instructions.

Customers are responsible for proper assembly, installation, maintenance, and use.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for the shipment transfers in accordance with the applicable carrier service upon confirmed delivery.

Delivery may be confirmed through carrier records, delivery scans, GPS data, proof of delivery, or delivery photographs.

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments may arrive on a wooden or plastic pallet and may be protective-wrapped to help reduce exposure to normal transit conditions.

Unless specifically purchased, freight service does not include inside delivery, assembly, pallet removal, or disposal of packaging materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanto Kids shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of products or services.

In all cases, Kanto Kids' maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable product.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, branding, and designs, is the property of Kanto Kids or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
